Help the business’s owner start and grow their junk removal business.
I started by designing a logo that reflected the company’s messaging while also being easy to read on things like lawn signs and the side of trucks.
My work included everything from suggesting IRS 1099 forms, to filing articles of incorporation, to insurance, to basic company accounting and banking. It also included a strategy to get the highest ROI on customer acquisition. Initially, the owner was focused on residential clients. While this strategy was somewhat profitable, I presented the owner with other groups that would offer long-term revenue opportunities. It cost the owner about the same to acquire a residential client as it did to develop a commercial partnership with the likes of real estate developers, who consistently need large volumes of junk removed after evictions, renovations, and lease expirations. Once this business gets enough commercial clients, it will be getting the calls for work instead of calling customers asking if they need junk removal.
All that was needed to meet the client goals was to create a simple two page website (services and contact). Below are screen shots of what I put together for the junk removal business. This website was built on wordpress.
